Bart Kolste, M.D. is originally from Ogallala, NE.  After graduating from the University of NE at Lincoln, he began medical school in Guadalajara, Mexico.  Dr. Kolste transferred to the University of Nebraska Medical Center and graduated in 1980.  In 1983 he completed his Family Practice residency program at UNMC and moved to Ogallala to begin practice at the Ogallala Medical Clinic.  In 1988, he built and established Family Medical Center.  In 2002, Dr. Kolste joined the staff at Perkins County Health Services, in Grant, NE.


Dr. Kolste and his wife, Angela have three children.  His hobbies include hunting, golfing, fishing, working with his dogs and family.


Carol Packard was born and raised on a farm near Carroll, IA.  She graduated from Creighton University with a degree in Medical Technology.  Carol then furthered her education at the University of Nebraska Medical Center receiving her degree as a Physician Assistant in 1990.  She has practiced medicine in Ogallala since.


George and Carol have three sons.  Besides her family and all of their activities, Carol enjoys gardening, water skiing, Husker football and simply visiting with people.  Carol currently serves on the St. Luke School Board.


Amber Reynolds-Lorentz was born and raised on a farm near Oberlin, KS.  She graduated from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln with a degree in Biology.  Amber taught at an elementary school for two years and then attended Union College where she received a degree as a Physician Assistant in 2014.  She practiced in her hometown after graduation and then began work in Ogallala in January 2016.


Together with her husband Derick, Amber enjoys Husker sports, reading, playing the piano and spending time with her family.
